Purchasing and designing the right truck is the single most important investment when getting into the food truck business. We highly recommend you give serious consideration to working with 'US Catering' if you are planning on designing or redesigning an existing food truck. When we decided to get into the food truck industry, we researched existing food trucks, as well as manufacturers of food trucks. Our search spanned for many months as we interviewed various fabricators throughout California, as well as other states. We lucked out and were so fortunate to find 'US Catering' in Hayward, CA, only 20 minutes from where we lived. We can not say enough good things about Luis and his team. Luis was very competitive with his pricing, and to our surprise, there were no surprises when our truck was completed. Amazingly, the price we were initially quoted is exactly what we paid! The work was flawless and our truck was built to our exact specifications...again, no surprises! Luis is a true professional. He is a gentleman, pleasant to work with and very fair.
